2 cups rice Chex
6 gf pretzel rods or other, crushed
8 ounce bag milk chocolate (or semisweet),melted
2 cups white chocolate,melted
25-30 Red hot sprinkles
5-6 candy canes, crushed
2 TBS Olive oil (or shortening)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Vanilla Salt (finishing salt- I used singing dog salt)
1-Spread out rice chex and pretzels on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
2-Melt milk chocolate in microwavable bowl with 1 TBS of chocolate in 15 second increments- stirring in between until smooth.
3-Lightly pour over the rice chex and pretzels until fully covered. Use a spoon to smooth.
4- repeat melting process with white chocolate.
5- Drizzle the white chocolate across the darker chocolate you choose in a zig zag pattern. Horizontal first then vertical.
6- Next sprinkle dried cranberries evenly across the bark. Make sure to tap them into the soft melted chocolate.
7- Repeat the process for the hot sprinkles.
8-Sprinkle vanilla salt on top of entire tray.
9-Cover with plastic wrap and cool in refrigerator for 2 hours.
10-Crack into pieces.
Place into plastic bags and tie with raffia or string and give to friends and neighbors! Or KEEP IT FOR YOURSELF

On wax paper:
Lay out 15-20 rice chex
Drizzle melted darker chocolate
Lay out pretzel rod on top
Drizzle white chocolate
Sprinkle hot sprinkle
Sprinkle crushed candy cane
Sprinkle vanilla salt on top of each bunle
