Yup! That's Jen above, when she was serving up some awesome looking (and tasting!) food, and enjoying her customers, in her NY Style restaurant that she owned outside of Savannah. As a big foodie, Jen was in her favorite zone while establishing this restaurant with her husband, creating the menu, serving the community, and making it a fun place to grab delicious food! Jen Fiore is your go-to-gal for all things gluten-free! She can provide recipes, cooking and baking advice as well as help a restaurants revamp their menu and update kitchen processes to accommodate the gluten-free patrons!
The restaurant was a safe place for Jen and her three kids (all four have Celiac disease) to eat good gluten-free food. Jen thoroughly understands the importance and value of having gluten-free options for the patrons who need place to eat out while adhering to their dietary restrictions. She wanted her restaurant to be a safe place, just like her home, for her kids and others gluten-free people to dine! She developed a system in the restaurant kitchen, as well as on the ordering system, to serve customers looking for great tasting gluten-free food.
Jen uses her 20 years knowledge and experience, her expertise in the restaurant business, and her passion for food as a home cook for over 30 years to create a winning combination for YOUR RESTAURANT!
