Pumpkin <Protein> Cake
Oven 350° 8 inch cake pan Cut cake into 8 slices, each slice will be 12.4g protein Ingredients • 1 cup Folk Revival Vanilla Protein Powder • ½ cup Almond flour, blanched • 1.2 cup peanut butter flour, unsweetened • 1.2 cup pumpkin puree, canned • 2 large eggs • ½ cup maple syrup • 1 ½ tsp pumpkin spice • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 ½ tsp psyllium husk powder • ½ tsp salt Frosting(optional) ½ cup butter, salted and room temp 2 Tbsp heavy cream (or milk) 2 cups powdered sugar Orange food color for fall Directions
