with protein and NO REFINED SUGAR PREP TIME: 20 minutes COOK TIME: 30 minutes OVEN TEMP: 350° INGREDIENTS ½ cup arrowroot ¾ cup almond flour 1 cup sprouted oats (GF certified) 1 cup Folk Revival vanilla protein blend 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp xanthum gum 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg ½ cup maple syrup ½ cup olive oil (EVOO) 2 eggs, beaten, room temperature 1 large gala apple, peeled, diced & divided *oil or butter for the pan INGREDIENTS for topping ½ cup sprouted oats (GF certified) ½ cup unsalted butter, cold ½ cup gala apple diced ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg ¼ cup maple syrup DIRECTIONS
