1 ½ cups chocolate protein powder
¾ cup dark chocolate chip
½ cup coconut, sliced
¾ cup raw pumpkin seeds
½ cup chia seeds
1 cup almond slices
½ cup raisins
2 cups puffed millet
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
¼ cup organic sesame seeds
20 dates, pitted
2/3 cup organic unrefined coconut oil
2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1.In the food processor add the dates, pulse 20 seconds then add the coconut oil
2.In a large bowl add all the ingredients, dates + coconut oil, and almond milk.
3.Mix well. Squeezing the mixture in your hands helps to distribute all the wet ingredients with the dry!
4. Place wax paper on baking sheet and spread the protein bar mixture. Using gloved hands spread evenly.
5.Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
OPTIONAL: Frost with the flowing mixture for a fun kick for the kiddos!
½ stick of butter
4 cups of powdered sugar
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
Mix until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer for best results.
