Reiki Reikiis an energy therapy that promotes overall healing. It is a gentle, holistic technique that originated in Japan in the early 1800’s. By lightly placing hands on or near the client’s body, the practitioner works with the “universal life force energy,” which flows through each of us. The energy is connected to our physical and emotional well-being.
In a session, the practitioner assists the client in balancing the energy pathways to facilitate a state of relaxation, reduce stress, and aide in promoting the body’s natural ability to heal. Reiki is a holistic approach that addresses mind, body, and spirit and is used alongside other medical or therapeutic treatments.

Reiki Session with Integral Sound Healing Using Tuning Forks The practitioner will use the same techniques as in a Reiki session along with sound healing through the use of tuning forks. Using these two modalities of energy healing together can create a balance and sense of homeostasis in the body and mind. The sound and vibrations from the forks promote a deep relaxation, energetic balance, and over-all well-being. The tuning forks work in the energy field (or bio-field) through vibrations, penetrating the cells of our body to create a balanced, relaxed, calm state. The forks can also help lessen pain, inflammation, reduce anxiety, stress, and fatigue and boost the natural healing capabilities of the body.
Meditation and the Mind Session In this information session, the client can find a quiet meditative practice that works for them. It is in stillness that we can direct our mind, which in turn, can help our brain to promote relaxation, calm and ultimately less pain in the body. The client will have time to practice a state of relaxation during the session, which they can later at home. The session will address a key point the client would like to focus on. Creating a mindful practice can help the client in a multitude of ways. There are some of the ways adapting a practice can help: *Reduce stress and anxiety * Develop tools for ongoing mindset shifts and self-empowerment * Greater self-awareness and emotional freedom * Confidence to take aligned action * A clear vision of what’s possible with a shift in perception * Motivation to reach personal or professional goals * Relaxation and calm in body and mind * Change in old patterns of belief * Learn to reframe, visualize, affirm, and create new empowering ways of thinking
