The mind by definition is the complex, often subjective, set of cognitive faculties that enables consciousness, perception, thinking, judgement, memory, and emotion. We use our minds ALL the time! The mind is NOT the brain. It is limitless. A non-physical capacity that projects the physical world based on whether it chooses fear (the ego) or love (God/Holy Spirit/Source/Universe). The mind forms the world we see, and often times we don't understand how to control it. It is in stillness that we can direct our mind, which in turn, can help our brain to promote relaxation, calm and ultimately less pain in the body. At each session with Jen, the client will experience a state of relaxation where the mind is centered in peace and the goal is to feel the shift into love. The session will address a key point the client can focus on to hep them to create a mindful practice that can help them in a multitude of ways.
There are some of the ways adapting a mindful practice can help: *Reduce stress and anxiety * Develop tools for ongoing mindset shifts and self-empowerment * Greater self-awareness and emotional freedom * Confidence to take aligned action * A clear vision of what’s possible with a shift in perception * Motivation to reach personal or professional goals * Relaxation and calm in body and mind * Change in old patterns of belief * Learn to reframe, visualize, affirm, and create new empowering ways of thinking
